According to the work schedule determined by the HZZO, one hour is allocated for patients who can come for a visit without a prior reservation during each working day. We kindly ask you to adhere to the work schedule as much as possible and if you come without an appointment, please come at the designated time. After the expiration of the time allocated for non-reserved examinations, patients with reserved appointments have priority. We will make every effort to examine all non-reserved patients in a timely manner, but due to more complex cases or a large number of patients, it is possible that we will not be able to examine you within one hour. In that case, you will be able to wait in the office, and the doctor will try to examine you between scheduled patients or you will arrange for another appointment.
Examinations - Chronic conditions This group of examinations occupies the majority of the working day in the clinic. It refers to all examinations and consultations that are not included in acute conditions or emergencies. For this type of examination, it is necessary to make a prior appointment reservation through the online system or a telephone conversation with the nurse.
Telephone consultations
They take place daily during the designated time according to the schedule. Most telephone consultations are initiated by your doctor according to the daily work plan and the needs of patients, for example, reporting test results or checking the response to prescribed therapy.
Patients have the option to request a telephone consultation with the doctor through the online reservation service or through a telephone conversation with the nurse. A maximum of two patients per day can request a telephone consultation. The doctor will try to call you back during the reserved time, but due to the volume of work, it may not be possible to do so. In that case, we will contact you to arrange another appointment. The expected duration of a telephone consultation is up to 10 minutes. Prepare for the conversation with the doctor to make the best use of the consultation time.
Home visits
They will be carried out according to indication and prior agreement with the doctor, and there is no reservation for them.
<aside> ❗ Emergency cases Medical emergencies are special conditions that always have priority in our clinic. If you come to the clinic with suspicion of a serious emergency condition such as chest pain with suspicion of a heart attack or similar symptoms, you will be examined immediately. If you are in the waiting room at the time when an emergency patient is admitted, you will have to wait regardless of your reserved appointment, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
